The staff was so nice getting me checked in and Dr Hinton and the tech were very knowledgeable and nice. I was fitted for contact lenses and they were near perfect the first time. I will go back in a couple of weeks for another evaluation. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end!

Easy to make appointment online or call them. you can pick a Dr. you want to see by check their website. Dr and staffs are very nice. They know how to take care my paper work by use my insurance max, so I don't have to pay much from my pocket.

My first eye doctor I’ve been to since moving here and they were EVERYTHING! Extremely helpful from the time I picked up the phone to set the appointment, to the timely scheduling, and customer service! It was great! Everyone I encountered was in a good mood and happy to help the customers! Dr.Bui was great! 10/10

My exam was quick, thorough, and pleasant. Staff was friendly. Great selection of eyeglasses, but be prepared for the cost of eye wear. If you want inexpensive eye wear, go to America's Best Eyeglasses and get cheap quality eye wear that lacks style. Want quality eye wear that is stylish, fits perfect, and compliments your looks? Go to Memorial Eye Center in Cinco Ranch. No regrets. It was worth the money plus my wife looks elegant and sexy with her new eyeglasses. It compliments her beauty. Just my opinion.

I have been coming here for about 3 years. The staff is friendly and professional and the location itself is very nice. Dr. Miao was a pleasure to work with, she was very patient, thorough and personable.

My right eye was bothering me after a bad lash extension application. The pain was so severe that I could barely open my eye. I found Dr. Sandra Bui because of her outstanding reviews, and I’m so glad I did. She performed a thorough eye examination and explained every step of the process, as well as her findings, which made me feel informed and reassured. Thankfully, the steroid eye drops she prescribed resolved the issue. Lastly, the front office staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They even followed up with me three days later to make sure the eye drops were working and that my eye was improving. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and highly recommend Dr. Bui and her team.
